In 1998 Three Ponds Consulting was started to provide general website services. These services were thought to be needed with the growing market of websites by companies. The owner of TPC had spent 20+ years in sales, marketing, and engineering in the industrial automation sector. After a short time the industrial automation sector called again and TPC went to little activity for a few years. In 2006 TPC was revitalized with the same original offering and focus, and with a new realization that marketing services focused toward Oil field operating marketing and reporting requirements should be added.
